When will I receive my order?

All Xielo Vida products are made to order. Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. After processing, delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method:

  • U.S. orders: typically arrive within 3–5 business days after fulfillment
  • Mexico & international orders: may take 5–15 business days

We currently offer a curated selection of high-quality t-shirts, hoodies, and versatile accessories like tote bags—designed to inspire and uplift. Each piece reflects our commitment to meaningful design and everyday comfort.
We’re also excited to announce that a jewelry collection is coming soon, expanding our offerings with carefully selected pieces to complement your style.

Do you make deliveries throughout the United States and beyond?

1. Do you ship to all states in the United States?
Yes, we offer shipping to all 50 states and U.S. territories. No matter where you’re located within the country, we’ve got you covered.

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes between 3 to 7 business days after processing.

3. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on package weight and delivery location. We’re committed to offering competitive and transparent shipping rates so you get the best value.

4. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. However, we’re excited to announce that international shipping to Mexico is in development and expected to launch in 2026. Stay tuned!

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

Yes, you can—if your order hasn’t entered the fulfillment process yet. Log into your account, view the order, and select “Change order” to update product details, address, shipping method, or cancel entirely. Please note that making changes may alter pricing and reset processing time.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can also check tracking details by logging into your order history. Expect the tracking number to activate within 24 hours. If there’s no update after a day, feel free to email us and we’ll follow up.

Return Policy

What if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
We stand behind our products' quality. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or contains the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will gladly issue a replacement or full refund, based on your preference.

What about size exchanges or returns for no reason?
Because each item is custom-printed specially for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size/color preferences or change of mind. We encourage reviewing size charts carefully before placing your order.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't yet entered the printing process, simple modifications or cancellations may be possible. Contact us immediately to inquire. Once production begins, changes cannot be accommodated .

What about lost items or delivery issues?
If the order tracking shows no movement past the expected delivery timeframe, reach out to us within 30 days of the delivery estimate. We'll investigate promptly and arrange a replacement or refund if needed.
